2006 Track & Field: Red-shirted her track season as well looking to get 100% for the '06 Cross Country campaign.

2005 Cross Country: Red-shirted after a season-ending injury put her out in late August.

2005 Track & Field: Christman had one of the most successful seasons in Gaucho history breaking two school records individually, one school relay record (distance medley) and one Big West Conference record. Early in the season she started off strong by winning the 1500m Long Beach Collegiate Classic and at the Big West Challenge Cup. Her 1500m school record came at the Mt. Sac Invitational en route to winning her heat by over two seconds. In the post season she would set the track on fire by grabbing two all-conference finishes in the 1500m and 5,000m with a pair of 2nd places. Christman then qualified for the National Championships by taking 4th in a tactical 5,000m Regional Championship final. In Sacramento she would break not only the school record but also the Conference record in the prelims to advance into the finals of the NCAA Div. I Championships with a 16:16.35.

2004 Cross Country: Lauren ran the most successful individual cross country campaign during the Gauchos' most successful season to date. The junior won the Big West individual title and was unbeaten by Big West competition all year. Took 11th at the Roy Griak Invite and 14th at the Pre-NCAA meet. Finished 7th at the NCAA Western Regional Meet and 73rd at the NCAA Championships, both the highest places ever at the respective meets for a UCSB female runner.

2004 Track & Field:Lauren earned All-Conference honors with a third place finish in the 1,500m at the Big West Championship...set personal bests of 2:11.19 for 800m and 4:27.21 for 1,500m, ranking 5th All-time at UCSB in both events...qualified for West Regional Championship in the 1,500m.

2003 Cross Country: Lauren was the Gauchos' top finisher at the NCAA National Championship, taking 83rd place...earned All-West Region and All-Conference honors by placing 24th, took 2nd at the Big West Championship in San Luis Obispo. Lauren opened the season with a second place finish at the UCSB Lagoon Open in 18:03, and was also the top UCSB finisher at the Notre Dame Inv. and the Pre-National Meet.

2003 Track & Field:Lauren cracked the Gaucho All-time top ten lists at 400m and 800m as a freshman...won the Big West Challenge Cup 800m and finished sixth at the Big West Championship 1500m.

2002 Cross Country:Lauren finished 16th at the Big West Championships, a key contribution to the team's runner-up finish ... a consistent top five runner all season long Lauren posted a 5k XC best of 18:32 at the Fullerton Season Opener.

High School Notes: Showed great range in HS, winning league titles at 400m and 1600m...was a CA State meet finalist at 1600m in 2001. Played soccer for Harbor HS championship team, along with twin sister Lindsay who is also a Gaucho.
