2002 Track
Washington rewrote the women's sprint records at UCSB in 2002. Jasmine lowered her school record in the 400m to 53.65, an NCAA provisional mark...set all-time Gaucho marks in the 100m and 200m at the Big West Challenge Cup, winning both races in convincing fashion. Runner-up in the 400m at both Cal-Nevada and Big West Championships...ran third leg on school record 4x400 at Mt. SAC (3:47.31).

2001 Track
Led the women's sprint squad by placing 3rd at the Big West Championship 400m race, and finished 5th in the Cal-Nevada Championships.

2000 Track
Set the school record in the 400m record as a true freshman with a mark of 55.07... finished 4th in the Big West Conference 400m finals, also finished fourth in the finals of the Cal/Nevada 400m.

High School
As a prep athlete for St. Ignatious, ran on both relays competed in the 200m sprint as well as the 400m sprint... Also competed in the California state meet in 1999... Noted for her stamina and deceptive speed that makes her a very fluid runner.
