A diligent and steadily-improving thrower, Jamie will be a key member of the throws squad. Having snuck up on the Big West at last year's conference championships, Jamie grabbed two key points with a clutch seventh place finish, posting a solid 41'-11.5" throw. This year, Jamie looks to round out the women's shot put as she heaves deeper and deeper into the 40-foot club.
2005 Track & Field Recap: As a freshman she would set personal bests at new weights in the shot put and discus. Finished 12th at the Big West Championships in the Shot Put.

High School Notes: Jaime was the 2004 LA City Section HS leader in the shot put.
