2005 Track & Field Recap: Had a breakout year setting personal bests in all her throwing disciplines as well as a Regional qualifying marks in all events. However, her largest impact of the season came at the Big West Championships where she would put up 25 points by winning the Shot Put and Discus competition and also take a 4th in the Hammer Throw as on of the integral members of the Women's Team Championship title. She now stands at #2 all-time on the shot, disc and hammer lists at UCSB.
2004 Track & Field Recap: After a good freshman season, Heather continued her successes by setting personal bests in the Hammer Throw ( 174'02" - #2 All time Gaucho mark) and Discus (155'04" - #5 All Time Gaucho mark). She was a NCAA Regional qualifier in both events.
2003 Track & Field Recap: Heather has cracked the UCSB Top-Ten All-time lists in the shot (4th), disc (6th), and hammer (6th) as a freshman. Heather also qualified for the Big West Conference Championships in all three of her events.
High School: Heather was named Most Valuable Thrower and Athlete of the Year. She holds the El Toro School Record in both the Shot Put and Discus, and qualified for the CIF Masters Meet.
