Mulgannon competed in the 800m at the Big West Championships and nearly advanced to the final, finishing with the 10th-best time of 2:15.49 in a field that advanced nine runners...A week earlier she ran an identical 2:15.49 at the Occidental Invitational to qualify for the Big West Championships...Other highlights included a third-place finish at the Cal Poly dual meet at 2:16.15 and a fourth-place finish at the Big West Challenge Cup at 2:17.42.

High School
Qualified for the Central Coast Section finals in the 800m and ran 2:15.37...Was a member of Los Gatos High School's 4x400m relay team that competed in the 2007 State Meet, finishing sixth overall with a time of 3:57.07...Also a member of the school record-holding 4x1600m relay squad...Was named the most improved athlete her sophomore and junior year, then named team MVP her senior year.
