Coming off of a redshirt season, Domenichelli had a stellar performance her senior year and earned Big West Conference honors after being named Athlete of the Week for her performance in the 10,000m at the Stanford Invitational with a time of 33:29.65 to move her up to second on the all-time list...Broke the 5,000m record by running 16:01.20 at Mt. SAC and breaking a three year old record set in 2007...Became the new Big West Conference record-holder with her performance at the Mt. SAC Relays...Won the 1500m at the UCSD Triton Invitational with a time of 4:30.78...Bettered her performance in the 1500m with a seasonal best time of 4:28.99 against Cal Poly Dual Meet...At the Big West Championships set a Conference Meet record time of 34:50.29 to win by nine seconds...Qualified for the final round of the NCAA Championships with a time of 34:26.11 in the 10,000m and taking third overall in the NCAA Preliminaries...Finished seventh in the 10,000m to earn All-American honors with an outstanding time of 33:32.81...Domenichelli is only the second Gaucho to earn All-American honors twice and is the first to win All-American honors in two different events...Placed 17th at the U.S. Track and Field Championships in the 10,000m by running 34:29.27. 2009

After advancing to Regionals in the 1500m in 2007, Domenichelli moved a distance longer and a step further by advancing to Nationals in the 5000m in 2008. She set a personal best at the NCAA Championships, running 16:27.98 to take 11th place. She earned All-American honors for her performance...At the NCAA West Regional, Domenichelli ran a ten-second personal best to take third place at 16:28.18...She is currently fifth on the UCSB all-time list for the 5000m...Captured the Big West Championship in two events, winning the 10,000m in 36:14.49 on day one, then winning the 5000m in 17:06.59 less than 24 hours later. 2007
