2004 XC Recap She was named 2004 Big West Female Athlete of the Year en route to a Big West Cross Country Title and Team Championship. She led the Gauchos in all key races finishing 11th at the prestigious Roy Griak meet and 8th at the West Regional Championships covering the 6K course in a personal best of 20:48.

2004 Track & Field Recap Lauren earned All-Conference honors with a third place finish in the 1,500m at the Big West Championship...set personal bests of 2:11.19 for 800m and 4:27.21 for 1,500m, ranking 5th All-time at UCSB in both events...qualified for West Regional Championship in the 1,500m.

2003 XC Recap: Lauren was the Gaucho's top finisher at the NCAA National Championship, taking 83rd place...earned All-West Region and All-Conference honors, placing 24th at the West Region championship in Portland and 2nd at the Big West Championship in San Luis Obispo. Lauren opened the season with a second place finish at the UCSB Lagoon Open in 18:03, and was also the top UCSB finisher at the Notre Dame Inv. and the Pre-National Meet.

2003 Track Recap: Lauren cracked the Gaucho All-time top ten lists at 400m and 800m as a freshman...won the Big West Challenge Cup 800m and finished sixth at the Big West Championship 1500m.

2002 XC Recap: Lauren finished 16th at the Big West Championships, a key contribution to the team's runner-up finish ... a consistent top five runner all season long Lauren posted a 5k XC best of 18:32 at the Fullerton Season Opener.

High School Notes: Showed great range in HS, winning league titles at 400m and 1600m...was a CA State meet finalist at 1600m in 2001. Played soccer for Harbor HS championship team, along with twin sister Lindsay who is also a Gaucho.
