Began training for the heptathlon and set a personal best at the Big West Championships with a score of 4258...Cleared a personal best of 5'5" (1.65m) in the high jump at the Sam Adams Combined...Had a wind-aided triple jump of 37'4" (11.38m) at the Cal Poly Invitational...Was fourth in the triple jump at the Big West Challenge Cup with a mark of 36'4" (11.07m).

In her freshman season, Ajoku qualified for Conference in the high jump. She tied for sixth place by clearing 5'3" (1.60m)...Took fourth in the high jump at the Big West Challenge Cup with the same mark...Her top mark in the long jump was 17'8" (5.38m), set at the Azusa Pacific Invitational...Top mark in the triple jump was 36'5" (11.10m) at the dual meet against Cal Poly.

Ajoku's parents, Julius and Nnenna, were born in Nigeria and came to America in their early twenties for a better education...She is the second child of three girls...Majoring in sociology and hopes to become a nurse practitioner...Is an avid sports fan who likes to watch football, basketball, and soccer...Her favorite movies include "Remember the Titans", "The Notebook", and "Crash"...Sings in a church gospel choir.
