South Florida Defeats UC Santa Barbara

MIAMI, Fla. - Playing in the ITA Indoor Tennis Championships, the UC Santa Barbara women's team was defeated by South Florida on Friday, 5-2.  The match was played at the University of Miami.   

The Bulls won two of the three doubles matches and the third was unfinished.
With the doubles point in hand, USF then took four of six singles contests for the win.
UCSB won two of the singles matches. Freshman April Scatliffe took another win this match defeating her opponent, 7-6, 1-0 (retired) at the #4 spot.  Jordan Dockendorf dominated her match against Lucie Reye 6-0, retired.

Next match is Sunday January 29th at University of Miami against Cal State Northridge.
