2010: Swam the 200 individual medley (2:12.14) as an
exhibition swimmer at the Big West Championships...Posted a time of
56.15 in the 100 butterfly preliminaries and went 2:05.69 in the
200 butterfly prelims.
2009: Competed in the final of the 200 medley relay (1:45.52), the 200 individual medley bonus final (2:09.76), the 100 butterfly bonus final (56.90) and the 200 butterfly bonus final (2:05.61) at the Big West Championships.

Swam for San Ramon Valley High School...All-East Bay Athletic
League honoree and All American in 2005 and 2008...Team MVP in 2007
and 2008...Set school records in the 200 medley relay and 200 free

Miranda Lea Schneider was born on June, 28 1990 to parents Jeff
and Debbie... Nicknames are "Mir" and "Randa Baby"... Major is
environmental studies... UCSB Academic awards include being a part
of the Sigma Alpha Lambda National Honors Organization...She also
is a member of the UCSB Student-Athlete Advisory Board... Hobbies
include biking, reading, skateboarding, drawing, cooking/making
dinner with housemates and being outdoors...Enjoys the movies
"Stick It" and "Remember the Titans" and the book "Tuesdays with
Morrie"... Favorite book is The Ultimate Gift...Most
memorable athletic achievement was her team placing fourth at the
North Coast Section Championships...Personal heroes are Katy
Freeman and Dave "Pooh" Maddan...Favorite aspects of college
swimming are the fun and competitive atmosphere, and knowing that
