Finished fourth in both the 1000 and 1650 freestyle...Was also a member of the runner up 800 free relay...Swam the second fastest times in the 500 and 1000 freestyle for the Gauchos in the 2001-2002 season...At the 2001 Big West Championships, was champion in the 1000 free, second in the 500 free and third in the 1650 free...Was voted the Gauchos most improved swimmer in 2001...Received the Soroptimist International Female Athlete Award in March 2002.
