Kelly McGrath played in 20 games, starting 12 in her freshman year... Scored one goal against Long Beach State, which the Gauchos lost in overtime (1-2)... had one assist, leading to a win against Nevada (1-0)... She took 13 shots, eight of which were on goal... She played a strong role in the midfield through out the season.

CLUB/ HIGH SCHOOL
Kelly McGrath attended Chatfield Senior High School… played for Brock Blume… helped her team become two-time Jeffco 5A League Champions (2009 & 2010) and 5A State Champion in 2009… her senior year McGrath scored 8 goals and had 12 assists… three-time First Team All-Conference recipient, as well as 2^nd Team All-State her junior year and 1^st Team All-State her senior year… received State Cup Championship Most Valuable player award in 2008… played on club team Colorado Rush Nike for coach Andrew Kummer, team won State Championship 2009/2010/2011, Regional Championship 2011, and National Finalists 2011.

Born March 17, 1993 in New Jersey… Daughter of Jim and Susie McGrath… Biology major… Aspires to be a forensic scientist… also competed in tennis and snowboarding in high school… Gold Honor Roll recipient 2007-2011… Academic 1^st Team All-State 2008-2011… graduated high school with honors and a 4.0 GPA… favorite sports team is the Denver Nuggets… favorite athlete is Alex Morgan… hobbies include hanging out with friends and family.
