2018-2019 Track and Field 

Competed in five meets for his second season of track. Finished third in the mile and second in the 3000m at the Gaucho Round-Up with respectives times of 4:17.17 and 8:37.19. Sat out for nearly two months nursing a low back injury, but came back at the Big West Challenge where he took third in the 3000m in 8:37.57. Set a personal best for 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational running 14:49.68. Also ran a personal best for 3000m a week later at the Cal Poly Dual where he finished seventh in 8:34.59. Concluded his season at the Big West Conference Championships by causing one of the biggest upsets of the meet by taking first pace in the 10000m with a personal best time of 30:49.22, dropping a sub-60 second last lap to win by just over half a second.  

2018 Cross Country 

Ran in six meets for his second season of cross. Started the season off with two individual wins at the Mark Covert Invitational and the UCSB Lagoon Meet, running times of 24:41.0 and 24:53.5 respectively. Set a personal best for 8k at the Santa Clara University Bronco Invitational in 24:36.5 to finish 40th overall. Sickness would hamper the remainder of his season, but he would still wind up as the No. 3 scorer at the Big West Conference Championships to finish 17th in 25:22.7 to help the men finish second as a team. Concluded the year with a 31:43.2 clocking for 10k at the NCAA West Regional Meet to finish 104th.  

2017-2018 Track and Field 

Competed in eight meets for his first track season. Opened up with an 8:48.34 for 3000m at the Westmont/Pepperdine Tri Meet. Made his debut in the steeplechase at the Cal Poly/UC Riverside Tri Meet to take fourth in a time of 9:38.70. Set a personal best time of 3:58.41 for 1500m at the 40th Annual Aztec Invitational. Also set a personal best of 15:05.43 for 5000m at the Bryan Clay Invitational. Won his first collegiate race at the Cal Poly Dual where he took the steeplechase in a personal best clocking of 9:27.47. Finished the season with a seventh place finish at the Big West Conference Championships in the steeplechase in 9:38.97. 

2017 Cross Country

Competed in five meets for his freshman campaign. Ran as the No. 5 scorer at the UC Riverside Invitational where he finished 69th overall in 25:19.5. Ran 25:14.0 to take 24th overall at the Big West Conference Championships. Capped off the season at the NCAA West Regional Meet where he finished 133rd in 32:19.8. 

Prep

Attended Ventura High School. Helped his team win the division two team title his senior year at the CIF Southern Section Cross Country Finals where he placed ninth overall. He would go on to place 12th overall as an individual at the Division Two Cross Country State Meet in a time of 15:36. Coached by Tyree Cruz, Doug Petree, Ken Reeves, and Kory Anderson.

Personal 

Parents are Joe and Dani Randazzo...Majoring in Environmental Studies...goals are to compete at the highest level he can achieve during his collegiate career...hobbies include hiking, camping, and the general outdoors...fun fact: almost chose football instead of cross country his freshman year of high school.
