2017 Cross Country

Redshirt season. Ran 25:48.9 for 8k at the Titan Invitational to finish 49th overall.


Attended Monte Vista High School where he was part of two North Coast Section Championship winning teams for cross country and soccer his junior year. As an individual, Tristan would end up taking third both his junior and senior years at the NCS Cross Country Championships, and he would also place 15th at the CIF State Meet in Cross Country for Division 2. In track, he would place fifth at the NCS Meet of Champions in the 1600, where he would run his personal best of 4:17.15. Also helped set the second fastest 4 x 400m Relay time in school history in 3:21.40. Coached by Mike Davis, Mandee Starn, Brian Jensen, Tommy Greenless, and UCSB alum Bhavik Kanzaria. 


Parents are Suzanne and James Miller...Majoring in Economics...goals are to make the top seven team for cross country and find out how fast he can run...hobbies include soccer and video fact: has developed a strong sense of patience after living his whole life with three annoying younger brothers.
