Vom Steeg recently became the winningest head coach in Big West men's soccer history and has built UCSB's program to be one of the nation's elite. He has guided the men's soccer team to seven consecutive Top-25 rankings and seven straight NCAA appearances, both of which are school records.
Boxall has helped the Gauchos achieve nine overall shutouts this year, including five in Big West play and is one of the main reasons the Gauchos are in first place in the conference.
Wigo's team is currently ranked No. 9 in the country and host top-ranked USC this Thursday at 4 p.m. at Campus Pool. Admission to all home men's and women's water polo games is free.
The men's soccer team hosts Cal State Northridge on Wednesday at 7 p.m. at Meredith Field at Harder Stadium. The women's volleyball team hosts Cal State Fullerton on Friday and Long Beach State on Saturday, with both games starting at 7 p.m. in the Thunderdome.
