HIGH SCHOOL
Attended Woodcreek High School where he played for Grant
Guensler...Set two school scoring records: tallying 122 goals as a
senior and 11 goals in a single game...During his senior year, he
was named the Sierra Foothill League MVP, earned First Team All-San
Joaquin Section, First Team All-Metro, and garnered All-City and
All-Nor Cal honors...Was also named Woodcreek Athlete of the Year
in 2009, which he names as his most memorable athletic
achievement...As a junior, he earned First Team All-SFL honors and
First Team All-SJS accolades...Also named Second Team All-Metro and
team MVP in 2007...Was second team all-league as a
sophomore...Scored a total of 235 goals during his three years on
the varsity team...Also competed for the Timberwolves in swimming,
setting school records in the 200 and 400 freestyle relays as well
as the 200 medley relay...Earned Academic All-American honors, the
Army Scholar-Athlete Award and Woodcreek's Gold Academic Merit
Award.
