UC Santa Barbara

2011: Started in and appeared in all but one of the Gauchos' 33 matches. Was the only non-senior starter on the national runner-up squad. Recorded career highs in kills (193), digs (32), solo  blocks (11), assisted blocks (90) and total blocks (101). Was a monster in the NCAA tournament, recording a career-high 15 kills against USC in the NCAA tournament semifinal, setting a new record for hitting percentage (.882) in a single tourney match along the way. Was selected to the USA Men's Junior National Team over the summer, helping the USA to a fourth-place finish at the FIVB Volleyball Men's Junior World Championship in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The fourth-place finish was the highest ever for the USA in the tournament. 

2010: Appeared in 28 matches, starting 20 of them. Saw action in 96 sets, which was fourth-most on the team. Chipped in six solo blocks and 71 assisted blocks for a total of 77. Had a season-high 11 kills twice, at Long Beach State on Jan. 13 and at Stanford on Jan. 28. Turned in a career-high nine blocks at Pepperdine on March 13.

Played for Balboa Bay Volleyball Club ... Coached by Travis Turner ... Named the 16 and under Junior Olympics MVP in 2007 ... A Junior Olympics All-Tournament Team member in 2008 and 2009 ... Won a gold medal at the Junior Olympics in 2007.
