This tough young 400m specialist had a breakthrough season for the Gauchos in 2006, even as a freshman. Having posted a solid personal best of 47.56 in the 400, the 7th best time in UCSB school history, Kris took that momentum into the finals at the Big West Conference Championships, as well as the USATF Junior National Championships. Kris looks to play a major role in the Gauchos sprint squad, and should be a solid point-scorer for UCSB in 2007.
