Codding competed in the decathlon at Conference and scored 5045 points...He set a personal best in the decathlon earlier in the season at the Sam Adams Combined, where he scored 5547...Walked-on to the team in the fall.

High School
Held personal bests of 12'10" in the pole vault, 19'6" in the long jump, 5'10" in the high jump, and 39'6" in the triple jump...Played four varsity sports his senior year.
