2004 Track & Field Recap:
Ran personal bests at all distances in 2004, finishing 6th in the Big West Championships 3000m Steeplechase. He set a best in that event at 9:18.6 at the All-Cal Challenge Cup.

2003 XC Recap:
Alex opened the season with a UCSB Lagoon XC 8k best of 25:24...logged 8k XC pr of 25:06.8 at the Riverside Inv...was the Gaucho's top finisher at the Cal Poly Invite.

2003 Track Recap:
Alex qualified for the Big West Championships in the steeplechase with a personal best 9:39.75 at the UCSB/Cal Poly dual meet.

2002 XC Recap:
Capped off red-shirt freshman season with 10th place finish at the Titan Invitational in an 8k PR time of 26:09.

2002 Track Recap:
Posted quality freshman marks in the 5,000m(15:17.78) and 10,000m(32:25.55).
