2017-2018 Track 

Competed in eight meets for his first season as a Gaucho. Was part of five different wins for the 4x100m relay team throughout the season including the open section of the 40th Annual Aztec Invitational, the Big West Challenge Cup, and the Cal Poly Dual. Had an excellent day in the short sprints at the Cal Poly Dual Meet by dipping under 11 for the first time in the 100m to finish third in 10.94 and winning the 200m in a personal best of 22.08. Finished the season at the Big West Conference Championships to help the 4x100m relay team take eighth in 41.86. 


Attended Los Alamitos High School. He would win four Sunet League titles his senior year in the 200m, 400m, 4x100m Relay, and the 4x400m Relay. Howard also took part in posting the number one time in the country for the 1600m Sprint Medley Relay at the Arcadia Invitational with his teammates. Coached by Nathan and Stirley Jones. 


Parents are Regina and Steve Howard...Majoring in Communications...Career goals are to get into sports broadcasting...Athletic goals are to win an individual title as well as a team title at the Big West Conference Championships...Hobbies include going to the beach, watching movies, and surfing...Fun Fact: knows how to play the saxophone.
