2012
Competed in 100m and 4x100m relay at Big West Championships where he placed
21st and sixth, respectively. Ran a person best of 10.86 in the 100m dash at Big West
Challenge and a season best of 51.30 in the 400m at All-Cal Challenge.
2011
Harvey set a personal best at the All-Cal Challenge in the 100m with his time of 11.03...Assisted the 4x100m relay team to a second place finish at the USC Invitational, clocking in at 41.66...Ran the 200m at the All-Cal Challenge and placed fourth overall with his time of 22.78.

High School
Harvey was named Student of the Year in 2010...Was a member of the commissioner on student council in 2010...Ran a personal best of 10.77 in the 100m. 

Personal
Son of Jodell and William Seagrave...Has two siblings, Christina and Brittany Harvey...Chose UCSB because of its great location...He spends his time in school and studying when he's not on the track...Likes to speak in third person...Names "The Kingdom" as his favorite movie...Rockwell Knuckles is is favorite music group...Favorite novel series are "A Series of Unfortunate Events"...Names Walter Dix as his favorite athlete.
