He played primarily in the No. 1 spot and finished the season with strong wins in both of his Big West Tournament matches ... Made the quarterfinals at the 2009 ITA Regioinals... 2008-09: Named co-Big West Player of the Year...Was named UCSBgauchos.com Athlete of the Week after his perfect performance helping No. 75 UC Santa Barbara to its fourth straight Big West Conference championship... W Led the team in doubles wins with partner Josh Finkelstein. 2007-08: As a freshman, Alex Konigsfeldt shined in doubles at the No. 2 position, teaming with Finkelstein to receive Big West First Team honors...The duo combined for a 14-8 overall mark...In singles, he climbed his way up to play in the No. 4 position and posted a 10-8 dual match record...Split his four matches at the No. 3 slot and had one win at the No. 5 spot to combine for a 15-12 overall record...Received Honorable Mention All-Big West honors.

Ranked fifth nationally in 18 and under singles in Denmark...Has climbed into a No. 11 slot in the men's rankings...Three-time regional champion...Won the Danish Junior Championship under 18 singles...Reached the semifinals of the Danish National Outdoor Championship in 2006.
