2009: Placed fifth in the 200 butterfly (1:49.87), seventh in the 100 butterfly (48.70), 17th in the 200 IM (1:53.27) and competed in the 200 medley relay (1:32.81) at the Big West Championships. 2008: Placed fourth in the 200 butterfly (1:48.46), and seventh in the 200 medley relay (1:34.40) at the Big West Championships... Also earned CollegeSwimming.com Mid-Major All-American Honorable Mention accolades. 2007: Took fifth in the 100 butterfly (1:50.30), eighth in the 100 butterfly (49.88) and 25th in the 200 IM (1:58.25) at Big West Championships. Nationally: Swam at the 2008 U.S. Olympic Trials and placed 50th in the 200-meter butterfly (2:02.70) and 77th in the 100-meter butterfly (55.44)...Also competed at the 2008 U.S. Open where he took 28th in the 200-meter butterfly (2:04.51).
