2013-14: Won the 500 free (4:33.55) and the 1000 free (9:27.62) against UCSD...Finished first in the 1000 again (9:26.02) against UNLV, and also against University of the Pacific two weeks later in a time of 9:28.48)...Came in third in the 1000 free (9:35.06) versus Stanford...Placed 24th in the 500 free (4:30.25) at Pac-12 Championships.

2012-13: Finished 12th overall in the 1650 freestyle (15:33.08) at the Pac-12 Championships…Placed first in the 1000 yard freestyle (9:34.64) in the season opener vs. Utah on Oct. 12…Touched the wall first in both the 1000 freestyle (9:25.10) and 500 freestyle (4:35.22) in a victory over UC San Diego on Nov. 2…Placed ninth in the 1650 freestyle (15:40.85) at the Arena Invitational in Long Beach, Calif. on Nov. 17…Was a multiple event winner once again on Feb. 2 vs. Pacific when he took first in the 500 freestyle (4:40.14) and the 200 freestyle (1:44.09)…Set his career-best time in the 200 IM at 2:00.06.

2011-12: Placed 23rd in the 400-yard freestyle (4:28.15), 12th in the 1650-yard freestyle (15:28.81) and 23rd in the 400-yard individual medley (4:02.35) at the Pac-12 Championships…Ranked seventh in school history in the 1650-yard freestyle and 12th in the 400-yard freestyle. 

Attended La Salle High School…Earned All-American honors in 2010 and 2011…Ranked as the 27th fastest high school swimmer in the 500 free during the 2011 season…Won four consecutive Camino Del Rey League MVP honors and was named to the All-Camino Del Rey League four times…Set league records in the 200 freestyle, 500 freestyle and 100 breaststroke…Set a CIF Division IV record in the 500 free (4:28.04)…Won eight league titles and four CIF titles while at La Salle…Was the team MVP for the Lancers each year of his prep career…Named to the Pasadena Star News All-Area First Team three straight years…Earned La Salle High School Athletic Hall of Fame honors in 2010 and 2011…Won the 2011 Brother Celestine All-Around Athlete Award at graduation…Earned 2009 Scholastic All-American honors…Was a four-time member of the Honor Roll…Swam club for Swim Pasadena under coach Terry Stoddard…Competed at the 2011 Speedo Junior National Championships.
