HIGH SCHOOL
Graduated from Clovis West High School…Swam under Steve Baxter and Adam Reid in the CIF Division I Central Section…Awarded All-American honors in 2010, 2011 and 2012…Made First-Team All League in 2011 and 2012…Holds High School and league records in the 400 freestyle relay and 200 freestyle…Helped his team to CIF Championships and league Championships in 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012…Also competed in water polo for four years…Swam with Clovis Swim Club under John McGough.

Matt Bilello was born April 3, 1994 in Washington D.C. to parents Kathryn and John Bilello…Has one younger brother…Enjoys playing and watching soccer…Lists favorite movies as “Saving Private Ryan,” “Anchorman,”  “The Dark Night Rises” and “The Departed”…Enjoys listening to “The Naked and Famous”…Most memorable athletic moment was breaking the Central Section’s 200 freestyle record his senior year…Favorite aspect of college swimming is being so close with the team.
