Patterson averaged 19 goals and eight assists as a prepster at both Irvington and Brookhaven high schools...Played in the 2001-02 All-American game...He scored 24 goals as a freshman on the varsity team, which was a school record...Went on to play for the state championship that year and received the player of the game honor...A student-athlete award recipient, Patterson also competed in football and track and field in high school and led both teams to city and state championship games...Made the Super Honor Roll and had perfect attendance in high school.
