2002: Will once again start the season between the posts Gauchos after one of the best season's ever by freshman goalkeeper at UCSB...2001: Recognized by the Big West as an all-conference honorable mention, Kennedy was one of only seven freshman to honored...Thrown into the fire, the freshman netminder had an outstanding season posting seven shutouts in 18 matches, tying UCSB's freshman record...Playing 1,681 minutes and starting all 18 of the matches in which he appeared, Kennedy was second in the Big West with a 0.96 goals against average...Made a career-high six saves in the Gauchos' 0-0 double-overtime tie against UCLA...Faced 68 shots, stopping 50 for a conference fourth-best .735 save percentage.
