Started all 24 games in the goal for the Gauchos in his first season at UCSB...Set new UCSB and Big West records for shutouts in a season with 16, he is now tied for fifth in the UCSB record books for career shutouts and tied for eighth among all-time Big West goalkeepers...His 0.74 goals against average led the conference and ranked 23rd nationally...His 2009 GAA was the third lowest in program history and seventh best in Big West history...His 85 saves led the conference and his .825 save percentage was second in the Big West and 28th nationally...Posted a 17-5-2 record in goal...Set a new school record for consecutive shutout minutes with 595:16 running from the 78th minute against Cal State Northridge (Oct. 18) through the 10th minute against UC Irvine (Nov. 14)...Prior to setting the school record, he recorded 506 consecutive shutout minutes between the Sept. 25 match at San Diego State and the Oct. 18 match at Cal State Northridge...Recorded a season-high six saves four times: against Indiana (Oct. 2), Cal State Northridge (Oct. 18), UC Irvine (Oct. 31) and Cal State Northridge (Nov. 11)...Earned All-Tournament Team honors at the Nike Aztec Soccer Classic...Was named to the TopDrawerSoccer.com Team of the Week on Oct. 12 after leading UCSB to a pair of shutout wins over Cal Poly (Oct. 7) and UC Riverside (Oct. 10)...Awarded with College Soccer News and Soccer America Team of the Week accolades on Oct. 26 after posting his ninth shutout and tallying five saves in a Big West win over Cal State Fullerton (Oct. 24)...Was named the Big West's Goalkeeper of the Year and First Team All-Big West...Selected as the LA Soccer News Men's Player of the Year...Honored with Second Team Far West All-Region honors.
Played two seasons at Yavapai College, helping his team to back-to-back national championships, as well as two conference, regional and district championships...Was a two-time NJCAA Goalkeeper of the Year and an All-Conference selection...Earned Second Team All-American honors as a sophomore and honorable mention honors as a freshman...Was named to the 2007 Nationals All-Tournament team...Posted 74 saves and a 0.94 goals against average in 2008...Had 22 saves and a 0.56 goals against in 2007...Yavapai posted a perfect 26-0 record in 2008 and went 24-2 the previous season.
