2011: Silva had an outstanding senior campaign in which he led UCSB with 44 points (17 goals, 10 assists)…He ranked third in the nation in total points, fifth in points per game (2.00), sixth in total goals, seventh in total assists, 10th in goals per game (0.77), and 15th in assists per game (0.45)…He was named the Big West Midfielder of the Year and garnered his fourth consecutive All-Big West honor, after being named to the first team for the third-straight season…Also named a semifinalist for the MAC Hermann Trophy, the highest honor in college soccer…Earned Soccer America MVPs First team and ESPN Los Angeles All-Area Team honors…Was named Big West Offensive Player of the Week and to the College Soccer News Team of the week four times (Sept. 26, Oct. 10, Oct. 31 and Nov. 7)…Garnered Top Drawer Soccer Team of the Week honors three times (Sept. 26, Oct. 10, and Nov. 7)…Was named to the Soccer America National Team of the Week twice (Sept. 28 and Oct. 12)…Was selected fourth overall in the MLS SuperDraft by the Toronto FC becoming the highest draft pick in UCSB history.
