Greg Snider shot a 221, including 73 and 72 in the final two rounds, to finish tied for 37th, helping UC Santa Barbara to a 12th-place finish at the Oregon Duck Invitational.
Snider overcame a first round score of 76 to finish strong, shooting one over par in the final two rounds of the tournament. Scott Linklater was the only other Gaucho to finish among the top fifty as he finished tied for 47th at 223. J.R. Becko shot a 226 to finish tied for 55th, Brian Six shot 227 to finish tied for 58th and Jeff Linklater shot 240 to finish tied for 87th to round out UCSB's lineup.
The University of Oregon, the host school, won the tourney by one shot over the University of Washington.
Santa Barbara returns to action on April 8 & 9 when they travel to Pasatiempo Golf Course in Santa Cruz to take part in the Western Intercollegiate.
