20 Questions with Cecil Brown

UC Santa Barbara men's basketball senior guard Cecil Brown ranked fourth on the Gauchos in scoring in 2003-04 at 7.7 points per game. Last season knee and ankle injuries prevented him from playing in all games except the first exhibition game. This year the Canoga Park, Calif. native is expected to be one of the most explosive and best all-around offensive players on the team. In Wednesday night's 96-56 exhibition win over Westmont he scored 25 points in 23 minutes.

What is your most prized possession?
A chain from my mom that has my sister's name inscribed on it

The Tea Cups

Crazy

Sleeping

I played volleyball in high school

If you were to die and come back as one person or thing, what would it be?
I would want to come back as the President

What is your favorite thing about UCSB?
The weather. It's a lot nicer and the air is a lot cleaner than L.A.

If you had a theme song what would it be?
"The Eye of the Tiger"

The way I care for others and I always put other people before myself

What sport would you play if you did not play basketball?
Probably volleyball

What is your least favorite color?
Its kind of ironic because its brown and that's my last name

What is the worst job you have ever had?
I was a cashier at a bookstore that had no clients, so I would just sit there all day and do nothing

Probably Saddam Hussein

I like to go to Universal City Walk down in L.A.

I have a nice smile
