SANTA BARBARA, Calif. - This Sunday, Feb. 21, the UC Santa Barbara baseball team will host an hour-long camp that is free of charge. The camp will follow the Gauchos' Blue-White intrasquad game.
Sunday's camp, scheduled to run from 1-2 p.m., is intended for high school-aged baseball players and will be held at Caesar Uyesaka Stadium, located on UCSB's campus.
Head Coach Bob Brontsema, who is the Big West's active leader in Big West Conference victories, and his players will instruct the camp.
The intrasquad game will help the Gauchos prepare for their season opener, which will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 23 vs. Westmont. First pitch is scheduled for 2 p.m. UCSB will be sporting a new look and fans can also purchase the gear - but only at home games! Click here for more information.
The hats will only be available for purchase at The Gaucho Shop during home games, so be sure to catch the Gauchos in action this season and sport the new look! Season tickets are available, beginning at just $50 for the entire season! Click here for more information or to purchase season seats.

The Intercollegiate Athletics Ticket Office now has two parking spaces adjacent to the building and is now open on Saturdays, making it easier than ever for fans to purchase tickets. The ICA Ticket Office will be open from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm on Saturdays. The two parking spots, designated specifically for the ticket office, are already available during weekday hours, which are 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday through Friday.
New this year, donations to The Gaucho Fund - regardless of the sport it supports - will be part of the "One Donation is Gold" system. This allows donors to purchase priority/premium seating and parking at UCSB games across several sports in addition to other benefits.
Getting to UCSB baseball games is easy! From Highway 217, veer right at Steck Circle onto Mesa Road, and take a left onto Stadium Road. Caesar Uyesaka Stadium is on your left, and you can park at Lot 30, which is right outside the stadium. There are two kiosks that accept cash and credit card to pay for parking.
