OMAHA, Neb. – No. 8 UC Santa Barbara (42-19-1) is set to face Miami (50-13) on Monday afternoon at 1:00 p.m. CT in game five of the College World Series. The elimination game will be broadcasted live on ESPNU and WatchESPN (ESPN3).

Should the Gauchos win, they will face the loser of Monday night's Arizona-Oklahoma State matchup. That contest, also an elimination game, would be played on Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. CT.

Despite a standout start from All-American right-hander Shane Bieber, UCSB was handed a 1-0 loss in its CWS debut on Saturday by Oklahoma State. Thomas Hatch tossed a complete game shutout for the Cowboys.

In a 5-1 defeat, Miami was stymied by Arizona right-hander Nathan Bannister who struck out 11 and allowed just one run in seven innings.

UCSBGauchos.com will carry a live audio broadcast of the game, with Voice of the Gauchos Gerry Fall on the mic.
