The Intercollegiate Athletics Building

The Intercollegiate Athletics (ICA) building is located on Ocean Rd. across from the new Gevirtz Graduate School of Education Building and next to Robertson Gymnasium. It opened in March of 2005.

The $15-million student and donor funded facility houses all administrative and coaching offices along with support services such as athletic training, sports performance, and ticket office. Student-athletes will find a dedicated study lounge and computer lab, as well as a 100-seat auditorium complete with movie screen.

In the ICA lobby, the spectacular Phil Womble Hall of Champions showcases UCSB history, All-Americans, Hall of Famers, Olympians, and Gauchos in the pros.

Parking on campus requires a daily pass, which can be purchased at pay meters located in each lot. When visiting the ICA building, parking can be found in the Thunderdome (Events Center) lot 27 as well as parking structure lot 22 and Mesa parking structure lot 18.

When visiting the ICA Ticket Office, you have access to two free 20-minute parking spaces located between the ICA building and Rob Gym. These spaces are marked specifically for Ticket Office patrons.
